为更好的弘扬中国传统文化，由上海市侨办指导，“侨见·我们的故事”活动组委会主办，各海外华侨华人联盟协办、承办的“侨见·我们的故事”首届中华文化海外传播活动正式启动！中国外语战略研究中心学术委员会、高校外语专家，德育教育专家等组成团队评审参赛作品。英国赛区由英国上海商会承办，诚邀在英国的华侨华人团体组织或个人踊跃参与，活动规则如下：

一、活动主题与内容

以“中华文化在海外”为主题，小视频为作品形式，表达内容及方式可包括故事叙述、情景表演、主题介绍等，展现中华文化。

二、参加人员要求

1.年龄：12-25岁青年、青少年。

2.形式：个人或多人组合，组合人数不限。

三、作品要求

语言要求

（1）主题突出，语言准确，结构合理，表达流畅。

（2）交替使用中文和英文两种语言。

格式要求

（1）视频：采用横屏16：9画面，MP4格式，分辨率不低于1080p（1920*1080）

（2）时长不超过2分钟。保持画面稳定，声音清晰。

（3）随同视频作品提供中英文双语文字稿，不在视频内制作字幕。

四、作品提交

1.截至日期：2022年11月28日

2.提交方法：将作品及报名表以邮件方式发送至sepgcc2022@163.com

作品提交后，将由专家团队进行评定。并于2023年1月左右，与国内同步举办的第五届上海市大中学生“话说东西”文化交流活动共同发布结果及颁奖。海外获奖者可通过录制获奖感言的方式参与颁奖。颁奖大会将在线上播出。本次活动设青年大使奖、传播达人奖、参与奖三档奖项，根据获奖等次颁发纪念品、奖金或证书。

参考题材

1.中华传统文化：语言、服饰、书法、国画、棋艺、茶道、建筑、节庆、民俗等。

2.中华现代文化：中华传统文化在世界各地华人社区中的传承与革新，以及包括中国科技企业、科技产品引发的新潮文化现象等。

3.华侨华人奋斗史：当地华侨华人社群在生存和发展过程中的标志性事件、物件等。

4.其他表现中华文化，内容积极健康的自选题材。

参加活动即视为同意活动组委会以非盈利方式使用相关作品，活动组委会对活动规则拥有最终解释权。

Our Stories in the UK-The First Session of Sharing Stories about Chinese Culture

Theme:Chinese culture overseas

Event:make a short video to present Chinese culture in the form of storytelling,performance or presentation

Entry requirements

Age:From12to25

Form:Individual work or team work

Language requirement:

(1)The presentation should be well-structured with a prominent topic and made in accurate and fluent language

(2)Chinese and English should be spoken alternately

Technology requirements:

(1)Landscape mode:16:9.Format:MP4.Minimum resolution:1080p(1920*1080).

(2)Time limit:duration should not exceed2minutes,with stable picture and clear sound.

(3)Video and script:No subtitles in the video.A bilingual script in Chinese and English is required.

Submission and Results

The overseas supporters(co-organizers)should make a preliminary selection of all the works received.The selected videos,scripts and registration forms(no more than30entries)should be sent to sepgcc2022@163.com before November30th,2022.The deadline for the local participants will be set accordingly by overseas supporters(co-organizers).

All the entries sent by the overseas supporters(co-organizers)will be judged over the Expert Panel.The awarding ceremony will be held on the Fifth Cultural Exchange“East to the West”for University and High School Students in Shanghai in January2023.Overseas winners will be invited to participate in the awarding ceremony by recording their own speech.The awarding ceremony will be broadcasted online.

Awards include the Youth Ambassador Award,the Communication Talent Award and Participation Award.Souvenir,prizes,and/or certificates will be awarded accordingly.

The participants who have submitted their works grant the Organizing Committee freedom of use on a non-profit basis.

The Organizing Committee has the final right to interpret the event rules.

Topics recommended

Chinese traditional culture:languages,costumes,calligraphy,paintings,chess,tea ceremony,architecture,festivals,folklore,etc.

Chinese modern culture:the inheritance and innovation of Chinese traditional cultures in Chinese communities around the world,as well as the new cultural phenomenon initiated by Chinese companies and technology products.

The history and stories of overseas Chinese striving for a better life:events or iconic objects which tell stories about the subsistence and development of Chinese community around the world.

Others:constructive and appropriate topics to present Chinese culture are also welcomed.
